Welcome to Skincare Supply! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Skincare Supply. Skincare Supply operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Skincare Supply is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You agree that your purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export.

We do our best to ship orders promptly, but we are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the product to the shipping carrier.

Skincare Supply is powered by Shopify. While Shopify hosts and enables the functionality of our online store, any transactions or sales made are solely between you and Skincare Supply. Shopify is not liable for any issues relating to your purchases from our store.

All information collected through our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Shopify also collects certain information as part of its platform services. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by both Skincare Supply and Shopify.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to jurisdiction and venue in courts located in or nearest to Short Hills, NJ.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of the Terms.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and material changes may also be emailed to you if required by law. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance.
SECTION 24 – CANCELLATIONS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, PRE-ORDERS & TRY-BEFORE-YOU-BUY
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at skincaresupplyusa@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request and stop the package before it is shipped. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed, as our fulfillment process may begin shortly after your order is submitted.
If we are unable to cancel your order in time and it is shipped, you may return the item once it has been delivered, in accordance with our Return Policy. Please note that standard return processing times will apply, and your refund may be delayed until the item is received and inspected.
Subscriptions
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, providing automatic repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each scheduled shipment, unless you choose to prepay.
Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by following the link in your order confirmation email or by accessing your customer account. If a subscription order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return in line with our Return Policy.
Please note that product prices are subject to change. Any updated pricing may apply to future subscription orders. While we aim to provide advance notice, we reserve the right to adjust your subscription pricing at any time, with or without notice. Price changes may not always apply automatically to existing subscriptions and may require manual updating within your account or by our team.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any subscription at our sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason, including but not limited to inventory limitations, suspected misuse, or violation of our terms.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order purchases allow you to reserve products that are out-of-stock or not yet released. We may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at the time of pre-order, depending on the product.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
Try Before You Buy
For eligible products, we may offer a “try before you buy” option. Your payment method will be authorized at the time of order, but not charged until the end of the trial period. If you choose to keep the product, the charge will be processed automatically once the trial expires.
If you do not wish to keep the item, you must return it within the trial window. If the item is not returned on time or is returned damaged, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
