Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at skincaresupplyusa@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request and stop the package before it is shipped. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed, as our fulfillment process may begin shortly after your order is submitted.

If we are unable to cancel your order in time and it is shipped, you may return the item once it has been delivered, in accordance with our Return Policy. Please note that standard return processing times will apply and your refund may be delayed until the item is received and inspected.


Subscriptions

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, providing automatic repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each scheduled shipment, unless you choose to prepay.

Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by following the link in your order confirmation email or by accessing your customer account. If a subscription order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return in line with our Return Policy.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases allow you to reserve products that are out-of-stock or not yet released. We may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at the time of pre-order, depending on the product.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.


Try Before You Buy

For eligible products, we may offer a “try before you buy” option. Your payment method will be authorized at the time of order, but not charged until the end of the trial period. If you choose to keep the product, the charge will be processed automatically once the trial expires.

If you do not wish to keep the item, you must return it within the trial window. If the item is not returned on time or is returned damaged, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
