SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy describes how and when orders placed with Skincare Supply are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (50 states + DC).
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume (such as sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days (where available)
- Cost is dependent on shipping location

USPS Priority Express Mail: Estimated delivery in 1–2 days (where available)
- Cost is dependent on shipping location
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather events, or incorrect shipping information.
4. TRACKING AND CONFIRMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES AND LOST PACKAGES
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or delivered damaged, please contact us at skincaresupplyusa@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to attempt resolution.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
6. RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Customers may request that the order be reshipped, but a new shipping charge will apply.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND ADDRESS CHANGES
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly. If you wish to cancel or change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at skincaresupplyusa@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment.
If an order has already shipped and cannot be canceled, it may be eligible for return once delivered. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on how to initiate a return.
