Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used skincare products. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at skincaresupplyusa@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.
We also do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out to us before sending anything back.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at skincaresupplyusa@gmail.com.
